Order Confirmation & Tracking Details
1. You will receive an email with your order, delivery and tracking details. Expect SMS notifications from DPD Laser / Dawn Wing with your delivery schedule and details.

2. When your delivery arrives, the courier will verify documents including date and name of receiver.

3. Ensure your delivery details are correct and the package has not been tampered with before signing.

4. A handheld device and stylus will be used to sign for the delivery.

5. Inform us immediately if you experience inconsistencies with what you ordered versus delivery.
Whilst you have 30 days to return your goods – please endeavour to let us know as soon as possible or within 7 days if you receive broken or damaged goods. The sooner you inform us the better, as occasionally we have limited stock. Please familiarize yourself with our Returns Process below if you need to return or exchange an item.
